Life in K J Campus is glorious, full of EEE, i.e., Entertainment, Excitement & Education. You will be seeing activities, such as sports day, cultural festival and other extra-curricular activities, being held throughout the year in our college.
Yes. The campus does acknowledge the importance of extra-curricular activities. To ensure that students are encouraged to take participation in such events, Campus organizes two major events called SPARK (on even semester) and MINI-SPARK (on odd semester). In these events, students of entire college can be seen participating in one or the other events. Both these events contain indoor games, outdoor games, cultural, entertainment, and technical events and social services activities.
To ensure that the students are technically sound, the college organizes following academic activities:
Expert lectures – Experts from renowned industries are invited to campus to share their industry experience and impart some technical knowledge to students.
Workshops – Multiple days’ workshop is organized in each department in all semesters where in experts from industries come and conduct both lecture and practical session which has been seen to be very fruitful for our students.
Industrial visits and study tours – To ensure that our students are aware of the working environment and work culture of industries of their fields, our campus arranges industrial visit of one day to local industries and study tours of three or more days to industries located outside of Gujarat.
Yes. Our campus have a Women Grievances Redressal Cell, headed by senior female faculties, which works to ensure that women grievances are listened to and actions are taken up to quell them.
K J Campus is strongly against such acts and has constituted special anti-ragging cell and anti-ragging squad which make sure no such acts take place inside college campus.
Students should attend all theory and practical classes as per their time table during the term dates (semester). As per GTU norms, 75 % attendance (Theory and Practical) is a must, else student may be detained.
You should refer to the notice board. You are advised to keep a Photo copy of your fee receipt with you. In case you have any problem, you can contact student section (Admin department) of our campus who will guide you to your classroom/department.
Yes, College has appointed faculty members to mentor the students in group.
